RTB Compliance

We handle all required Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registration and compliance for the tenancies we create. As part of our rent-to-rent model, we register each sub-tenancy with our tenants directly with the RTB (as required under residential tenancy law) and ensure full adherence to current RTB regulations, including any updates effective from 1 March 2026 for new tenancies.

This professional approach protects you as the owner/investor, minimises administrative hassle, and delivers a smooth, regulated rental experience for everyone involved.

Maintenance handled

We cover all routine maintenance coordination (with costs passed through transparently or as agreed in our lease).

We carry out regular inspections on all of our properties and we coordinate and manage maintenance through our trusted contractors. Our tenants know issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively. Clear communication, organised systems, and proactive management mean fewer problems and better outcomes.
